Energize Me Smoothie

Ingredients:
¼ C pineapple
1 apricot
A handful of strawberries
1 banana
1 ½ C water
¼ C flax ground flax seeds
A handful of spinach leaves.
How to Make It:
Place all the fruit and the spinach into the blender. I recommend the Vita-Mix.
Blend just slightly to combine.
Add the water and flax seeds.
Blend until smooth.
Enjoy!
