I wanted to share one of my favorite raw food videos from one of my fave raw gurus, Markus Rothkranz. He and this video are so passionate and fun. Yes a little over the top but you can see just how passionate he is about the power of raw food. In this video you see some interviews and you hear some of the reasons why raw is the way to go and you get to see a really hot guy jumping around in leather pants. It doesn’t get much better than that. I watch this video whenever I need a raw boost or motivator.

Everything he had to say really does make sense if you’re willing to listen with open ears/mind.
It’s really sad what our typical diet consists of. And I can’t even tell you how many people I know think they’re eating healthy and they’re not.
Heck – I’m still not eating as healthy as I need to be. I will be there one day, though.
I tell my husband I’m worried about his eating and health and he rolls his eyes and thinks I’m over exagerating. And yet he smokes – drinks pop every day – hardly ever gets a veggie or fruit into his body – eats pre-packaged foods…and he thinks he isn’t unhealthy?!
If you can’t tell it’s a sore spot with me. I don’t just want me and my kids to be healthy…I want my “life” partner to not only live a long life with me but be healthy. What good is it to live long if you’re hooked up to machines or hooked on medications and virtually lifeless?
Okay, kinda got off topic. LOL

OK, OK. You convinced me. This video is wonderful. I have a few raw books and I may have to search the library for some more. I am a stickler about my family getting the right amount of everything their bodies need, is there a raw pyramid somewhere? I will have to find out.
