I just made these for me 15 month old, and they are a huge hit! I usually sneak veggies into his Popsicles, but I had never thought to do it with spinach. Carrot + Banana + Strawberry goes over well, too. However, Red Bell Pepper + Banana + Strawberry was a disaster.

Thank you!

yum!
We do green smoothies most mornings and the leftovers (if there are any) wind up in popcicle molds. I was into juicing for awhile and made some carrot/apple juice and other juicy pops the kid loved. I'm going to have to experiment with some more combos this summer. So far coconut milk, pinapple, banana and spinach is my favorite. (I know the coconut milk isn't raw, but it tastes like a pina colada. lol)

So glad I learned about your twitter, because it led me here- both for my mom's sake, who has recently gone raw, and for mine, because of this recipe! I don't know WHY I haven't thought of this myself- I plan to make it standard fare this summer! Great idea- thanks!
 Kit

Tiffany---just had to tell you that I made these for the kids. I threw in some strawberries as well. That may be why my electric green came out more like green mud but there were delicious. I fessed up to my 8 year old (when hers was almost completely gone) and told her where the green color came from.

"Spinach? Seriously? I'll eat spinach every day if you make it like this mommy."

Yay for VEGGIE POPS!!!

Thanks for another great recipe!!

I've been trying to get the kids to try green smoothies lately, with little success. When they do try it they like them, becuase they are usually mostly sweet fruits, but the green color puts them off. I don't know why making frozen pops didn't occur to me before, but this is a great idea, thanks!! Love the stars, too. I will check out where you got them.
